Vintage Radio iPod Dock

Now, we’re not going to start criticising the iPod; God knows, it’s seen us through some tough times. But, for all its long journey saving and lack of skipping, we’re not totally ready to accept it as the future and turn our backs on the past just yet.

So far this has resulted in us watching Mad Men and using the term “Gee whizz!” every now and then but, thanks to Devin Ward, we now have a very obvious way of sticking our finger up to the present and warmly nuzzling up to the past.

He’s converted some vintage radios into iPod speakers through some electrical know-how and impressed us mightily in the process.

Scratch Map

It’s not since Miss. Smith in school that we’ve been excited about geography - but this map has done just that. Luckies of London has created a ‘scratch card’ map that starts gold, but allows you to scratch off all the places you’ve visited around the world. Genius!

Floating Lamp

This will amaze or maybe freak out anyone who sees it, the magical floating lamp uses electromagnets to hold the top of the lamp in the air and LEDs so it has a low power consumption.
